El apartamento está perfectamente ubicado para poder hacer todo a poca distancia. La avenida con deliciosos restaurantes con vistas al mar y la playa también se encuentran a poca distancia. Perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes y agradables.

Our private apartment is located on a holiday complex with a communal pool, perfect for lounging on those lazy days! The community complex, called "La Peñita" is one of the best in the area and stands out for its tranquility and proximity to the main avenue, beach bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment has a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room and equipped kitchen followed by a top floor balcony. Among the services included internet, television, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board amongst other things.

Very well located just off the main strip. Very close to all amenities (restaurants, bars, shops, casino, beach, buses...)

Guest Access

In just a couple of minutes on foot, you are on the lively avenue of Puerto del Carmen (1 Minute walk), where you can enjoy a variety of delicious restaurants, most of them with views to the sea. Going down the steps along the avenue you will find several beaches with beautiful crystal clear waters with an average temperature of 19 degrees throughout the year. The avenue also has different shops, stores, boutiques and is very close to the Biosfera shopping center (20 Minutes walk), where you can find all your favorite brands. The Varadero port is also within walking distance (20 minutes on foot). Here you can enjoy great tapas and delicious Spanish food. When you return to the apartment, this is the perfect time to spend a relaxing afternoon on the terrace with a drink, and simply enjoy the last part of the night before going to bed.

A great apartment situated only a couple minutes from the strip. Lovely little pool bar that shows live sports. Siboney was very helpful and had some extra pillows delivered when we asked for some for my pregnant partner!
