Absolutely amazing property, such an easy check in and Siboney was always responsive, friendly and helpful with anything we needed assistance with. Easy transport from airport as bus stop is 10mins walk away. Local shops / restaurants in mons walk. A nice quiet place to relax and rejuvenate in peace. Highly recommend place to stay with everything you need to feel at home. Would definitely return - thank you so much for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Puerto del Carmen. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach and close to our favourite restaurants and bars. The apartment has two compact double bedrooms, one with an en-suite. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The apartment has beautiful sea and mountain views, and the rooftop jacuzzi is amazing. Beach towels were provided, which was a great touch. The host was responsive and communicated well. We can’t wait to return!

A great apartment situated only a couple minutes from the strip. Lovely little pool bar that shows live sports. Siboney was very helpful and had some extra pillows delivered when we asked for some for my pregnant partner!

We had a very enjoyable time staying in this apartment. It is spacious and well equipped with several areas to sit outside. It was very clean and generally well presented. It was as good ,if not better , than in the photos so we were not disappointed. You have a good view of the sea from upstairs, which is lovely. The only thing I missed was having any wardrobe space upstairs and nowhere to hang long items of clothing( ie dresses) in the apartment, but this did not detract from the apartment’s comfort overall. ( Based on 2 people sharing the apartment).

We had a great stay in this apartment! It’s the perfect location only a short walk from the beach & shops. The hot tub was perfect, lovely for the time of year we stayed. The bed was very comfortable & the apartment had everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely week!

Really nice place. More spacious than the photos, very clean. Cot, linen and high chair provided for our toddler which was great. Couple minor things that need fixing (light bulbs replacing etc) but otherwise a really great place to stay, in a good location

Fácil de encontrar y zonas de aparcamiento en la misma calle. Sitio acogedor, a 10 minutos andando hasta el paseo, y a pocos minutos del aeropuerto en coche. Recomendable para pasar unos dias!

Great apartment in an amazing location. Private and peaceful with beautiful view of the ocean. yet a few nice restaurants and shops, beach, a very pleasant village to stay in. We loved Lanzarote and explored lots of places but really thought Arrieta was the best spot.

My partner and I stayed here over new year’s. It was a slightly last minute booking, hence us opting for a three bed villa for just the two of us (!) but I’m delighted we did. Such a lovely, well kept house, great facilities, a lovely little outdoor terrace area, balconies (one on the back off the main bedroom that looks onto the pool, the other at the front of the house that gave us amazing views of the fireworks over Playa Blanca as we moved into 2026). The little gated development the villa on is peaceful and seemed to house families and older couples and the location is excellent - just ten mins walk to the marina where there were plenty of great bars and restaurants, and there was a white sand beach about a 45 minute hike away which we totally loved. If you want a beach that’s closer, Playa Blanca has a black sandy one. Could not fault this place at all - communication was excellent too, and we thought the entire place was great value for money.
